Heavy Rack Jerks! Block Snatches!

Here are a couple videos of 2 of TSPC’s Calpians doing some training yesterday! Trique (ME) is working on getting back into some heavy lifts after injuring his back about a month ago and these rack jerks are a good sign…while they are fluid they all count with no press outs at all…just a little more refining and 160kg+ rack jerk is right around the corner (hopefully haha) Also Andrew McCabe started some low/medium block work with his snatches yesterday and the goal is to keep him waiting over the bar longer because he has a tendency not to! So far so good after the first day…everyday we will get bigger, faster and stronger!!!!!

On the Menu for Wednesday are heavy Cleans and Back Squats!!!
